NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) — Johnson & Johnson said Thursday that Xerox chairman and former CEO Anne Mulcahy will join its board.

Mulcahy is credited with digging Xerox out of a deep financial slump after taking charge of the copier company in 2001. She stepped down as CEO in July, when her No. 2, Ursula Burns, took over.
