Actor James Marshall Accutane Lawsuit Scheduled for February 2011
When societal problems arise, there are times when the public will take a proper level of notice to them when someone famous becomes ensnared in it. Unfortunately, actor James Marshall has paid a heavy price for using the acne drug Accutane, but his trial against the manufacturer of the drug, Roche AG, could raise the public’s awareness of the issue of Accutane side effects. He and his Accutane injury lawyers are scheduled to take their case to trial in February along with many other plaintiffs.
Accutane Side Effects and Bowel Issues Experienced by James Marshall
James Marshall is an actor who is best known for his co-starring role in the smash hit movie A Few Good Men that also starred Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Jack Nicholson and Kevin Bacon. After his role as one of the men accused of murder in that film, his star seemed to be on the rise. However, he began to use Accutane to help with a severe case of acne he had developed, only to fall victim to Accutane side effects.
Like many others, Mr. Marshall began to experience problems with his intestines, his colon and his bowels. As a result of these complications, Mr. Marshall had to have his colon removed because it was all but destroyed by the medication, so he alleges. Therefore, he cannot realistically work in feature movies again because of his medical limitations. Figures such as Martin Sheen, Brian Dennehy and Rob Reiner are all expected to testify on behalf of Mr. Marshall in regards to the career he likely would have enjoyed.
