The value of Lechleiter's 2009 compensation package under this analysis was up more than 50% from 2008. Lechleiter was promoted to CEO inApril 2008 , so the full-year 2008 figure includes compensation levels at his previous position as president.

But at Lechleiter's request, he won't be getting an increase in salary or incentive targets for 2010 "in light of the business challenges the company currently faces," the company said in its proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.
