Eli Lilly, the Indiana-based drug company, pleaded guilty in January to illegally marketing its best-selling drug Zyprexa, approved only to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, as a treatment for dementia.
The pharmaceutical company agreed to pay $1.42 billion in the settlement.
