GSK: La que "se ha montado" a cuenta de...un libro.

La historia es como sigue...

Stephen F. Stefano (Steve para los amigos según se desprende de la red...) ha publicado un libro...

"PASSION AND ICE"

El autor es un alto ejecutivo de GSK :

En su Blog se define como:

Stefano, who is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College has been a Senior Executive at Glaxo since 1993, and is known mostly for his work in directing the company’s commercial strategy, and for fostering an empowered and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the divisions which he has led. He began his career as a sales representative and it is from this beginning that he learned the commercial fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry.

Kissing ass at GSK is no joke.

If you don't do it you will be let go.
I read Steve's book and it sucked. This book is the most unrealistic/fictionalized representation of leadership and values ever published. Horrific doesn't even begin to describe the writing style or the context/linearity of the books goal, I'm not even sure the book had a goal.
